The service
NibVoice is a macOS application and an accompanying online service that provide dictation, text-to-speech and text editing by voice. The service is provided by Nilgün Kutlu (“we”), Istanbul, Türkiye.
Accounts and fair use
One account is for one person. Subscriptions include a monthly allowance measured in minutes of dictation; reading aloud and text actions draw from the same allowance. Unused allowance does not roll over. We may throttle or suspend accounts that automate requests or share credentials.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, under Paddle's own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your account page. See our refund policy.
Lifetime licenses
A lifetime, bring-your-own-key license lets you use the app with your own provider keys for as long as we distribute it. It does not include our hosted processing. Your provider's charges are between you and them.
Your content
You own what you dictate and edit. We process it only to return a result and do not store it; see the privacy policy. Results come from third-party AI models and may be wrong; check anything that matters.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email.
