Subscriptions

If NibVoice doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewals are refundable within 7 days if the allowance for that period is substantially unused.

Lifetime licenses

Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
